My husband and I attended an all-day towing course with Graham at Horsley Park on Saturday, 4 February 2012.
We wanted to let you know how much we both enjoyed the training - Graham was not only extremely patient, but very knowledgeable, and very quickly put us as ease as we tried to master the art of reversing with a 21 foot caravan behind us! We had previously only ever towed a 6' x 4' trailer, so the prospect of learning how to tow a large caravan was very daunting, to say the least!
It was great to learn in such a non-confronting and friendly environment. Graham made our learning experience lots of fun, and by the end of the day, we were so pleased to have graduated!
Thank you once again for a wonderful learning experience - we would highly recommend Tow-Ed to everyone who wants to learn the finer points of towing with safety.
We can't wait to put all our learning experience into practice!

Anne and I completed your excellent Towing Course yesterday at Horsley Park.
Would you please pass on to John our sincere thanks for the helpful and professional way he helped us to learn the skills involved in towing. As you probably remember, Wednesday turned out to be a hot day and I was particularly impressed with the cheerful, patient way John was able to encourage us 'oldies' to keep going at a time when I think we all just wanted to stop and put our feet up.
John is an excellent instructor; he has boundless enthusiasm for his work, he is cheerful and encouraging when he needs to be and quietly emphatic when his students need guidance and correction.
We both learnt a lot during the day. Anne developed her confidence and skill as the day progressed and we learnt to communicate with each other. I developed skills and an understanding of the practical aspects of towing that I hadn't understood before.
All in all we had a great day and I would like our special thanks to be passed on to John.

"Hubby hesitant about me towing caravan but convinced him I needed to learn when he hurt his back while travelling. Used tow-ed and they expect that both of you do it together - WOW what an experience absolutely fabulous, learnt so much and you can teach a experienced towing husband a thing or two. Have new, much longer van now so would love to re do the course. Instructors, no matter which one and patient kind encouraging and a very funny sense of humour. From A very happy customer of tow-ed"
It was the best money we have ever spent on caravanning. It was the best money we have ever spent on caravanning. My wife and I recently attended your caravan towing course at Tuggerah. It was the best money we have ever spent on caravanning. I was planning a long trip and wanted my wife to be comfortable towing to give me a break. I also needed help with reversing into a site.
We went away a few days later and that first night I reversed into a tight spot, first go, in the dark with a storm about to break all because of your course.
Your instructor Graham was great! He explained everything very clearly and didn't move on until he was satisfied we had the "message". From my wife never driving with the van on she was soon reversing the van in a circle with no problems. My wife now shares at least half the driving when we travel which is a great help.
From some of the problems I see with vanning when we travel I firmly believe that a towing course such as yours should be mandatory with the purchase of every new van.
